                NEW
On 29 January 2018 a Workshop was conducted in Venkateshwar International School, Sector-10 by The Nirbhaya Jyoti Trust founded by Nirbhaya's parents to sensitise the students of grade VIII & IX  enlightening  them about the power of self-control and unity . They encouraged the students to be the voice of the nation against injustice and crime. They encouraged the students to stand united and learn self defence to protect themselves in life threatening situations.  The students took a resolve to practise what they sought to teach them.  The school Director, Mrs. Mrinalini Kaura addressed the students and re-iterated the need to exercise self-control and think positively.  She motivated students to ‘respond’ to situations instead of ‘reacting’ to them and thanked Nirbhaya’s parents for spending valuable time in sharing insights with students.
